The beginning of autumn

The beginning of autumn is the thirteenth solar term in the twenty-four solar terms, the first solar term in autumn, and the beginning of autumn means that the hot summer is about to pass and autumn is coming. The change of the whole nature is a gradual process. The beginning of autumn is a turning point in which the yang qi gradually withdraws, the yin qi gradually grows, and gradually changes from yang to yin.
